We love the local community and have donated £40,000 so far to local schools and charities, including Ruskin Park paddling pool and seasonal fetes and three local primary schools.

Urban Village have teamed up with Trees for Cities and plant a tree for every property we sell.

Suzanne Vincent, Founder of Urban Village Homes has been closely involved in keeping the Ruskin Park Paddling Pool open, helping to get the community involvement and funding. The paddling pool remains open in partnership with Lambeth, who cut most of the funding.

Urban Village also commissioned and paid for talented artists to create an urban mural in Ruskin Park to cover over what used to be a wall covered in random graffiti.
