Did you know that every time we sell a house we actually help you breathe better and improve the environment? There are not many estate agents who can lay claim to that.
How so, you may ask?
Every time we sell a property we make a donation to the charity Trees for Cities, so they can plant more trees in urban areas. They have planted over 20,000 trees this year in London alone - trees which are proven not only to improve the air quality and encourage wildlife, but also help to reduce stress and boost mental health.
We’ve donated thousands in the past to this brilliant charity and every penny helps them in their aims to make our cities greener.
If we sell your house through Urban Village homes we donate money to Trees for Cities for planting trees. You’ll be helping to make the air cleaner, attract more wildlife, and make the space around you that little more pleasant to be in.

We are committed to being as eco-friendly as we can be in the way we operate out business.
We recycle absolutely everything. We have a new company car – a fully electric model – BMW i3. But mostly we all cycle to our appointments using our trusty Urban Village bikes. There’s no better way to travel than with pedal power.
